Maiona & Maiona, PC was founded on the premise of offering clients our years of legal experience to achieve the best possible result at a reasonable cost. We have been able to achieve this goal by dividing our limited practice areas between experienced attorneys who lead each area. Each department is headed by an attorney who practices solely in that area of law to give you the best possible representation for your legal issues.

We maintain three offices in which to serve our clients legal needs. Our main office is centrally located in Boston, Massachusetts and our satellite offices are in Saugus and Framingham, Massachusetts.

Our firm consists of three attorneys, as well as one attorney who is of counsel to the firm and several law clerks and paralegals. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. Members of our staff are fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese to help our non-English speaking clients.
